PerfectWerks does not accept returns or exchanges unless the uKeg is in its original condition (in original box with all packaging intact), unused, and is shipped back (at purchaser's expense) in the original box. Any returns or exchanges must be approved and issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA). For certified pre-owned, scratch and dent, refurbished, discontinued, or non-conforming products, returns will not be accepted as all sales for these categories are final. Please contact your original seller for refunds or exchanges, as returns or exchanges from other re-sellers, including Amazon, will not be accepted.
Due to food safety concerns, we cannot accept refunds for any uKegs that have been used or removed from the original packaging. Upon return of an unused uKeg, it will undergo a thorough inspection before any refund is issued at our discretion. Confirmation of a refund to the original form of payment will be sent via email within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are experiencing issues with the functionality of your uKeg, please contact us with detailed information about the problem. Our customer support team will provide assistance, maintenance tips, replacement parts as needed, or a refurbished uKeg replacement in accordance with our one-year warranty.

Retailers should contact our customer service team directly with any concerns regarding uKeg functionality, and they will assist with the necessary steps. Retail customers should be directed to contact our customer service team for any inquiries related to their uKeg product's functionality.
If a retailer opts to provide a refund or exchange a uKeg for their customer, the responsibility for the repair or resale of that uKeg falls on the retailer and it will not be eligible for a refund under PerfectWerks' wholesale product return/refund policy.
