Garden-Inspired Spring Cocktail Recipes

Spring is in the air. And if any luck, fresh herbs are in your garden. Make the most of your bounty by creating one of these refreshing and simple-to-make craft cocktails. For each recipe, mix all ingredients in a uKeg 64 (or double up if using a uKeg 128). Then charge the cap and dispense into a tall glass over fresh ice. Leftover herbs can be used to garnish the drink.

Heat 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and ½ cup fresh herbs in a saucepan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then turn off heat. Pro tip: add 1 oz of vodka to the simple syrup to act as a preservative.
