For each recipe, mix all ingredients in a uKeg 64 (or double up if using a uKeg 128). Then charge the cap and dispense into a tall glass over fresh ice. Leftover herbs can be used to garnish the drink.
Orange Mojito
- 18 oz white rum
- 7 oz fresh lime juice
- 7 oz fresh orange juice

Lavender Lemonade
- 20 oz citron vodka
- 10 oz fresh lemon juice
- 8 oz lavender simple syrup*

Cilantro Tequila Soda
- 20 oz blanco tequila
- 9 oz lime juice
- 7 oz cilantro simple syrup*

* How to Make Basic Herb Simple Syrups:
Heat 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and ½ cup fresh herbs in a saucepan. Simmer until the sugar dissolves, then turn off heat. Let the mixture steep until it cools to room temperature, then strain into a clean bottle or jar. Refrigerate the syrup for up to 2 weeks. Pro tip: add 1 oz of vodka to the simple syrup to act as a preservative.
